Orders: When a
customer decides to make an order, First of all he must agree to the term of
use. When the order has been made it will
be handled shortly. Depending on the stock status (indicated) it will send as
soon as possible.
Shipping:
If you choose
EMS then the shipping cost will not add
automatically to the costs. It will be calculated separately and you will be
informed. Then the shipping cost will be added to the
payment.
Order
cancellation and product returns:
Any order can be
cancelled if it did not send yet. (Not practicable to special ordered
items).
Defective
items:
If the item you wish
to return is inoperable, but has no visible damage, it is considered
defective. The instructions on
how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on
handling defects directly. Defective items may
be returned to us as long as they in new and in an unused
condition. Used, defective
merchandise can also be returned to us for manufacturer warranty repairs where
applicable. If you can determine
that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back
for exchange or refund.
Important!!! contact us prior
to taking any action. Please note, we only
provide a 90 days Warranty for items purchased from us, after which you will
have to take up any warranty claims if any with the
manufacturer.
Items that were
damage during shipment:
If an item appears
to be damage before it was handed for you, please attention the
carrier. If it was discover
after it was delivered, please keep all the package materials and contact
us.
Refund
Policy:
Refunds will be
subjected to the discretion of the Management.
